Through dedicated sales efforts, we successfully identified a customer within the market and established a strong relationship, which gave us the opportunity to present a CPVC compound proposal. Initially, we only had the theoretical framework; however, thanks to our experience in designing and developing other compounds, we were able to deliver a proposal that was very well received due to its performance…
Entre las características que generaron mayor satisfacción al cliente destaca el acabado superficial de los tubos fabricados con nuestro compuesto; el cliente estaba acostumbrado a observar un acabado ligeramente rugoso, mientras que nuestro compuesto presentó un acabado libre de imperfecciones. Adicionalmente, el producto diseñado presentó excelente estabilidad térmica.
Parte crucial en el buen desempeño del material fue la asesoría técnica que nuestra área de Investigación y Desarrollo brindó durante la instalación del material. Se determinaron las condiciones óptimas de procesamiento del material para asegurar que los tubos fabricados presentaran excelente desempeño de resistencia al impacto y aplastamiento.
