Our line of TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane) compounds, developed under the GARANTHANE® brand, includes compounds for injection and extrusion with good resistance to abrasion and flame. TPU compounds are commonly used for footwear soles, in industrial cable coating applications as secondary insulating material, and as primary insulation for flat cables in the automotive industry.

The main criteria when selecting a TPU compound are mechanical, environmental, and chemical stability of the TPU, thermal and electrical properties, as well as the specific application’s design requirements.
